sooo i'll begin by saying that i never wanted to do this, i'm just the person that is easily persuaded by the actions of others . . . ooor i just get a little jealous of being the odd ball out haha. one or the other. <-- but this is one dangerous crew! haha probably sick of me at this point since we've been together or talkin non-stop since i've been home from school.

Chicken Georgia
Ingredients
* 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
* 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
* 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
* 2 tablespoons minced shallots
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 4 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
aka - heart-attack waiting to happen. so luckily for carolyn and kelcey i won't be around much longer to annoy them constantly with my texts haha :D
off to find the Swedish fish my brother keeps hiding in his room :)
